Phil Irwin

Phil - After leaving Baxter Springs, Kansas in 1958, I grew up in Boulder, Colorado. I Graduated from the University of Colorado fall of 1971. After lettering in football at CU and captain of the defense my senior year in went to work in Denver, Colorado for Western Federal Saving and Loan in the construction loan department. I later moved to Craig, Colorado as manager of the Moffat County Abstract and Title Insurance Co before moving back to Boulder as the Branch Manager for Western Federal Saving and Loan. After a time in the savings and loan business I began an over 45-year career in real estate focusing on commercial brokerage and development, which I still do today part time with my oldest son. Married in 1969 to my high school sweetheart, Sue. We have two sons, Heath and Blake, four grandchildren and now have our first great grandchild. We live in the Boulder area as do our kids.
