Matt Pennington

Matt Pennington is the President of Drake Development.

Drake Development is a fully integrated Real Estate Development Company located in Overland Park, KS.

Over the course of his career, Matt has completed more than $1 Billion in retail and mixed use development projects.

He has worked with numerous local and national tenants over the course of his career including: Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City, Department of Veteran Affairs, Kansas City Chiefs, Shake Shack, and Topgolf.

Matt attended the University of Nebraska Wesleyan, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Matt lives in Overland Park, KS along with his wife Antoinette and their four children, Alana, Ashton, Camila, and Naomi.
